We are a leader in mental health service delivery, specializing in working with adults and young people, as well as early childhood intervention. Our name represents our ambition to make a positive impact on the recovery journey.
Our Service: Stride Hub is a community mental health and wellbeing service for adults, their families, and carers that offers access to integrated care and support to improve recovery outcomes. Participants can access a range of community mental health support services; clinical mental health services; care coordination and NDIS supports. The service also offers full DBT clinical and DBT skills building interventions to the community.
Role Overview: As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management. This role focuses on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met, as well as supporting innovation and quality improvement to ensure evidence-based outcomes for people accessing the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing clinical leadership and management

- Supporting innovation and quality improvement
- Leading a multi-disciplinary team
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, or AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
- Demonstrated ability to undertake assessment and initial screening activities to determine client care needs
- Demonstrated expertise in managing a multi-disciplinary team
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with individuals and establish effective relationships with staff, participants, carers, and stakeholders
- Eligibility to apply for/hold a WWCC and a Drivers License
