Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our team and drive business success.

  • This role will involve providing strategic HR advice to senior leaders, managing employee relations, and developing talent.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of employment law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
  • Knowledge of employment frameworks, including the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You will also need to have a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to manage conflict effectively.
