Job Title:

Our company is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a HR Manager. This role will be responsible for establishing and strengthening our internal HR function.

About the Role:

  • Reporting to the General Manager Operations, the HR Manager will establish and strengthen our internal HR function.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, oversee payroll administration, interpret relevant awards, and contribute to the development of a positive and productive work environment.
  • Progressively bring core HR processes in-house while working collaboratively with external partners where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration Oversight:
    • Oversee end-to-end payroll ensuring it is accurate and on time, including calculations, leave management, and compliance with relevant legislation and industrial awards.
  • Employee Relations and Support:
    • Provide initial point of contact, support, and advice to employees and managers on HR matters, including performance, conduct, grievances, and escalating complex issues as required.
