We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR professional to join our team in Essendon Fields.
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment for operational and white-collar roles is key to this role
- Managing onboarding activities, including welcome packs and induction scheduling will be your responsibility
- Tracking and reporting on HR metrics such as absenteeism, punctuality, and leave will require analytical skills
- Supporting managers with time and attendance processes and performance documentation is crucial
- Drafting employee letters and assisting with HR data collation requires excellent communication skills
- Ensuring employee records are accurate and compliant is essential
As an HR graduate you will bring:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1–2 years' experience in HR administration or coordination (preferred) or Talent Acquisition
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); HRIS experience is a plus
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship
