We are seeking a senior leadership professional to oversee all contract and compliance related activity.

  • Preparing and analysing data to inform strategic decisions and opportunities for growth is a key responsibility of this role.
  • Managing all service delivery requirements regarding outcome performance for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is also a crucial task.
  • This position requires developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with state and federal governments, ensuring accurate and timely communication and documentation with state and national bodies, leading internal and external audits of IEA and Disability/social enterprises, ensuring sector leading compliance.
