- Preparing and analysing data to inform strategic decisions and opportunities for growth is a key responsibility of this role.
- Managing all service delivery requirements regarding outcome performance for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is also a crucial task.
- This position requires developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with state and federal governments, ensuring accurate and timely communication and documentation with state and national bodies, leading internal and external audits of IEA and Disability/social enterprises, ensuring sector leading compliance.
- Developing and implementing a governance framework enabling consistent service delivery within IEA frameworks is also an essential duty of the Head of Quality, Claims and Compliance.
