Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced transport operations manager to lead our school transport program in Queensland. The purpose of the role is to manage and implement strategies that ensure safe, efficient, and effective delivery of school transport services.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders across school transport projects to build strong collaboration among all parties.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive understanding of how the Department plans, manages, and delivers school transport services throughout Queensland.
  • Provide advice and identify key risks in contractual arrangements of medium complexity.
  • Offer strategic input on how an evolving business environment impacts service provider payments and assist in streamlining reporting processes.
