As a highly skilled Advanced Healthcare Provider, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care as a Nurse Practitioner. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical competencies and superior communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough health assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
- Offer preventive and acute care services to patients, including ordering diagnostic tests and prescribing medications
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- R.N. licensure in the state of employment
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Strong knowledge of adult health and gerontology nursing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
