About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers, understand business and talent needs, and proactively find solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Undertake internal and external talent identification and attraction activities
  • Manage stakeholders and deliver results that meet objectives
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Establish relationships with hiring managers and HR leads
  • Represent the organization at recruitment events
  • Coordinate recruitment activities for various programs
  • Provide recruitment advice to project teams
  • Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition colleagues
