Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Culinary Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet the expectations of our discerning guests.
  2. Undertake all kitchen and service duties including cleaning, food preparation, and guest service.
  3. Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning, inventory control, scheduling, and ordering of kitchen supplies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent cooking skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
