Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled culinary professional to join our team in a key role that combines passion and expertise.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in large restaurants, events, hotels or resorts, with a proven track record of success in a la carte and buffet environments. HACCP training is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake all kitchen and service duties;
  • Understand and follow running sheets for setting up different sections;
  • Assist in supervising junior kitchen staff by providing instruction on duties; and
  • Assist in running sections during the absence of the Chef De Partie.
