Culinary Expert

A seasoned culinary expert is required to spearhead our kitchen operations at a premier resort.

• Undertake all kitchen and service duties, including cleaning, food preparation, basic cookery, organization, and guest service;
• Understand and follow the running sheets for setting up the different sections for both morning and night service;
• Supervise junior kitchen staff by providing instruction on duties; and
• Assist in managing kitchen sections during the absence of the senior chef.

The ideal candidate will have opportunities to work with fresh, local ingredients and be involved in creating menus that showcase the region's flavors.
