Are you looking for a dynamic role that combines office coordination with exceptional customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and versatile Facilities Assistant to join our team.

This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am until 2pm, with the possibility of additional hours to cover leave and special events. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for a range of duties including:

- Providing reception relief and meeting clients with confidence
- Managing daily administrative activities
- Maintaining stock levels for office equipment
- Coordinating facilities requirements such as meeting rooms, lockers, and maintenance of equipment
- Switchboard relief as required
- Liaising with contractors
- Assisting with programming of building security cards
- Flexibility to work from two office locations

We are seeking someone with previous customer-facing experience in a professional environment, dealing with clients in a confident manner. You should have basic Microsoft office skills and be enthusiastic about learning new systems.

An ideal candidate would have a can-do attitude, be flexible, and focused on safety and service delivery. They would also be able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check.
