Corporate Support Specialist

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a corporate office environment as part of a highly successful and inclusive team.

The Corporate Support Specialist will be responsible for preparing reports and assisting with tender documents, general letters, and ad-hoc administration for all partners. They will also maintain calendars, meet clients, manage incoming correspondence, and prepare meeting rooms.

Additional responsibilities include organizing catering, appointment setting, booking meetings, maintaining and updating databases, filing, and general office upkeep.

Furthermore, the Corporate Support Specialist will perform reception duties, answer calls, distribute messages, and greet visitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • A strong customer service ethic and understanding of working in a small professional office environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, excellent telephone manner, and ability to use initiative.
  • Liaise professionally with senior executive people, plan and coordinate functions, deal with confidential issues, and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and self-motivation.
