Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Office Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
The successful candidate will assist in various aspects of office management, including but not limited to:
- Supporting the team with procurement, upkeep of databases, and documentation.
- Booking travel, accommodation, and training for employees.
- Assisting with organization of company events, celebrations, and recognition events.
- Coordinating office moves and arranging contractors.
- Performing general office and reception duties such as answering phones, ordering stationery, mail collection, and office housekeeping.
