Senior Renal Health Practitioner

This specialist role is designed to provide culturally sensitive healthcare services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples with kidney disease, as well as those requiring dialysis.
About the Role:- The primary focus of this position is to support clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care within the North West Hospital and Health Service.
Key responsibilities include working under the guidance of a clinical nurse and registered nurse, along with other members of the renal multidisciplinary team.
Skill Requirements:- Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander ancestry is essential for this role.
- A current C Class Motor Vehicle Licence is required.
- Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
The successful candidate will have opportunities for professional development through in-house training and mentoring programs. They will also work closely with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
