We are seeking experienced and high-performing Employment Opportunities Managers to lead teams across our sites and regions.
This is a unique chance to shape the future of employment by building an evidence-based service from scratch, driving innovation and quality, and delivering lasting outcomes for people living with mental health conditions and their families.
We have two positions available in Canberra, one role each at our Mitchell & Fyshwick offices.
About the Role
As an Employment Opportunities Manager, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals, modelling best practice through person-centred services.
- Deliver high-quality services that reflect our values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
- Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
- Develop referral pathways through strong connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
- Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
- Invest in your team's development through coaching, training, and career growth opportunities.

What You Will Need
- A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
- Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
- Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
- Current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
- Ability to obtain all required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
