Job Title: HR Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and motivated HR Coordinator to help manage human resources functions.

The ideal candidate will support the HR department in day-to-day activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR department in day-to-day activities.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and employee benefits.
  • Support the payroll process by liaising with finance.
  • Assist with employee performance reviews and training sessions.
  • Organize company events and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
