As a seasoned corporate lawyer, you will play a key role in driving strategic growth through major corporate and private equity fund deals. Collaborating with top clients worldwide, you will negotiate and draft transaction documents, gain hands-on experience, and develop your skills in a multi-disciplinary team.


Working directly with respected names in various sectors, you will have the opportunity to engage in business development activities and contribute to the success of our team. You will be mentored by experienced leaders and collaborate with other lawyers to deliver exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and draft transaction documents
  • Collaborate with global clients on major corporate and private equity fund deals

Qualifications and Skills
  • 2–4 years post-qualification experience in Corporate M&A
  • Solid experience in private M&A transactions
  • Excellent academic record
  • Collegiate mindset with respect for peers and collaboration
  • Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple matters
  • Commitment to client service and business development
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
