This role is about leading complex operations in the fertiliser industry. As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for aligning our operations with our organisational vision and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This role requires an innovative and critical thinker with strong skills and knowledge to lead complex operations. The ideal candidate will have experience within the fertiliser industry, background of developing and managing 3PL relationships, and proven record of managing P&L.
