Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative social media strategies for multiple fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. As a creative and performance-driven professional, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content that resonates with consumers and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies that align with brand goals and objectives
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with designers, creators, and editors to produce high-quality, on-brand content that showcases brand personality and style
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform content adjustments and optimize campaign success
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with paid media teams to ensure seamless integration of organic and paid content efforts
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in managing social media content and strategy for brands, preferably in an agency setting
  • Demonstrated portfolio of fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content showcasing expertise in connecting brands with consumers
  • Strong creative instincts and copywriting skills, with an eye for what makes content engaging and shareable
  • Hands-on platform knowledge across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Data-driven approach to translating performance metrics into creative improvements
  • Experience briefing and collaborating with designers, creators, or influencers on social-first content
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working across multiple brands
