Job Overview

The Lifestyle Content Director will lead the creation and evolution of lifestyle content for a leading retailer. This strategic, client-facing role focuses on overseeing the health and beauty magazine and expanding the digital lifestyle content offering.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the quarterly production of the health and beauty magazine from ideation and design to shoot production and publishing.
  • Oversee digital lifestyle content ensuring alignment with customer needs search behaviours and strategic goals.
  • Drive creative content ideation across beauty health wellness and commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SEO and strategy teams to optimise content for visibility and performance.
  • Work with internal and client stakeholders to grow the lifestyle category and define a clear commercial strategy.
  • Manage and mentor a small lifestyle team building collaborative workflows and scalable processes.
Requirements
  • A senior content strategist with experience in lifestyle beauty health or wellness publishing.
  • Confident working directly with clients and aligning creative output with commercial goals.
  • Skilled in leading content ideation and production across print and digital channels.
  • Experienced in managing and motivating creative teams in a collaborative environment.
