Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Content Director to lead the creation and evolution of lifestyle content for a leading retail brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of lifestyle content, ensuring it is audience-led, insights-driven, and aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the quarterly production of lifestyle content, from ideation and design to shoot production and publishing
  • Oversee digital lifestyle content, ensuring alignment with customer needs, search behaviors, and business goals
  • Drive creative content ideation across beauty, health, wellness, and commercialized insert opportunities
  • Collaborate with SEO and strategy teams to optimize content for visibility and performance

Requirements:
  • Senior content strategist with experience in lifestyle, beauty, health, or wellness publishing
  • Confident working directly with clients and aligning creative output with commercial goals
  • Skilled in leading content ideation and production across print and digital channels
  • Experienced in managing and motivating creative teams in a collaborative environment
  • Comfortable working with data, insights, and SEO to inform content strategy and delivery
