Job Summary

The Philanthropic Gifts Officer is an integral part of the Development team at Women for Women International. This role is responsible for securing major and mid-level gifts from individual, corporate, and foundation donors, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships.

The Officer will collaborate closely with the Development team and global leadership/revenue team to ensure consistent donor treatment and complementary activities. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective donor engagement strategies, cultivating and stewarding relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting Women for Women International's mission and values through outreach and community engagement efforts.
