Crop Shop Boutique (CSB) is a leader in the athleisure wear market, dedicated to empowering women worldwide through our innovative products. We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our Influencer Affiliate program.

About the Job

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Affiliate Influencer channel strategy, focusing on expanding the number and quality of partners CSB engages with across various verticals. Your primary objective will be to identify and invite new partners to the channel, manage onboarding and ongoing life-cycle communications, and build strong relationships with these influencers that deliver sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive Affiliate Influencer channel strategy, focusing on expanding the number and quality of partners CSB engages with across various verticals.
  2. Identify and onboard high-quality, on-brand Affiliate Influencers using both gifting and self-managed research/outreach methods.
  3. Manage relationships with Influencers within the channel to ensure a personalized and unique experience for these partners, driving mutual brand growth.
  4. Create innovative product promotion strategies through the Influencers in the CSB program, aligning with both CSB and individual talent's brands.
  5. Collaborate with the Marketing team to leverage Marketing Calendars and associated discount promotions across the Affiliate/Influencer channel.
About You

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in managing influencer/affiliate channels and can effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and CSB partners/affiliates. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with key software platforms, including Shopify and Social Snowball.
  • A strong data-led approach with a knack for reporting.
