Position Overview
The Marketing Innovation Manager will work closely with a variety of innovative clients who are leaders in their respective fields and are always looking for fresh ideas to help them stand out in fast-paced and dynamic categories. The ideal candidate will have strong client relationship-building skills and experience working collaboratively with other agency partners to deliver results-driven solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun and driven team as a key member in coaching and developing junior members.

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an expert in industry tools and able to turn data into actionable insights. You'll be a go-getter who can motivate the team to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Additionally, you should be able to seamlessly build connected systems that drive business outcomes. A strong understanding of the latest industry trends and developments is essential, as is your ability to educate clients on market and industry news. You'll also need to possess excellent presentation skills and be commercially-minded, with a passion for growing your people management skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality presentations and recommendations
- Manage budgets and forecasts effectively
- Identify revenue-generating opportunities for our clients
