We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused individual to lead our Retail Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the sales floor in a fast-paced retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of up to 12 members, providing guidance, coaching, and supervision to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies, implement process improvements, and apply creative thinking to increase store sales and profits.
  • Customer Service: Role-model outstanding customer service by meeting and engaging with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and providing a positive shopping experience.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Welcome and train new team members into our business, supporting them to succeed and grow in their roles.

About You:

  • Availability: Be available for full-time hours on a flexible rotating roster.
  • Experience: Have experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail or customer-focused industries.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and coaching skills to empower and inspire the team.
