Retail Operations Manager

Our client is a well-regarded landlord seeking a Retail Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of a busy retail centre in the Inner West.
- Manage all hard and soft services across the centre
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
- Oversee operational budgets and reporting
- Work closely with tenants, centre management, and contractors to deliver high service standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail facilities management
- Strong knowledge of building operations including HVAC, fire, lifts, and cleaning services
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Retail Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our shopping centre.
