Job Opportunity:

AProcurement Officer position has become available at the Australian Government agency. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and assurance on procurement and contract processes, including developing and reviewing procurement plans, contracts, and evaluation reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and assurance on procurement and contract processes.
  • Develop and review procurement plans, contracts, and evaluation reports.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external entities to achieve service delivery outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of tools, templates, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience and a strong understanding of the application of the Commonwealth Government procurement framework, including the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and Whole of Australian Government requirements.

They will also have demonstrated experience undertaking end-to-end procurement, contributing to continuous improvement, and effectively managing competing priorities and strategic directions.
