Procurement Specialist

We are seeking experienced Procurement professionals for various labour hire and non-ongoing positions with 12 – 24 month contracts.
Our clients require highly skilled and experienced Procurement professionals with ICT or Business Partner expertise to develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives, focusing on Contract Management, Assessing Tenders, IT and Security procurement with a thorough understanding of Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPR) and end-to-end procurement experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Proficiency in the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and relevant additional procurement policies and legislation;
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive procurement approaches;
- Demonstrated proficiency in drafting procurement documentation including but not limited to: RFT documentation- statements of requirement, risk assessments, and response schedules;
- Demonstrated experience in successfully administering contracts;
- Knowledge and experience in managing risk, including developing labour hire appropriate risk assessments;
- Demonstrated ability to achieve positive results under time pressure and competing priorities;
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and navigate complex stakeholder relationships; and
- Demonstrated personal drive and integrity while achieving results within legislative parameters.
