Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist financial advisors in preparing detailed financial plans and recommendations for clients.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on investment options, insurance products, and other financial planning tools.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and compliant client files and documentation.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and respond to inquiries.
  • Ensure all advice and recommendations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with the advisory team to continuously improve processes and client service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Diploma of Financial Planning or relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Previous experience in a paraplanning role or similar position within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products, and insurance.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
