**Design Project Manager**
We are seeking an experienced Design Project Manager to oversee diverse design tasks for small to mid-scale residential and commercial projects.
This role requires a strong ability to manage technical and creative challenges, ensuring high-quality results. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, managing expectations and meeting deadlines.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in architectural design and project management.
- Tertiary qualification in architecture.
- Strong design skills with exceptional attention to detail and expertise in project documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Adobe Suite, Rhinoceros, animation, and visualization tools.
