This role involves overseeing a variety of large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess new development opportunities, evaluating their feasibility and viability through thorough site assessments, financial analysis and cost planning.
  • Collaborate with directors to develop and present business cases for new projects, highlighting their potential for growth and return on investment.
  • Lead teams in researching and preparing detailed reports on potential development sites, including financial submissions, feasibilities and site assessments.
  • Develop and implement strategies for delivering multiple development projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in development management, financial analysis or construction estimating, with a strong track record of success in similar roles.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as land economics, valuation or construction management.
  • Exceptional financial modelling and reporting skills, with the ability to prepare accurate and complete information for internal reports.
  • Strong knowledge of the market place, including residential and commercial property development, and the ability to interpret technical documents and identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Experience in managing and budgeting the tender process, cash flow management and estimation rates for various projects.
