Overview Senior Project Manager - Tier 2 Commercial Builder | Sydney Join one of Sydney's leading Tier 2 commercial builders, known for delivering quality projects across education, health, aged care, retail, and community sectors.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead $150M+ new build projects.
Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle from construction commencement through to handover Lead and support project teams, including mentoring site staff and subcontractors Oversee programme planning, risk mitigation, cost control, and safety compliance Collaborate with design, commercial, and client teams to deliver on expectations Qualifications 8+ years' experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager delivering new build commercial construction projects Strong track record across sectors (education, health, community, commercial, residential) Proven experience delivering new build construction projects valued $100M+ Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor in Australia Why join this Tier 2 builder?
