About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team at Henry Schein. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional service and support.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, leveraging your knowledge of the dental industry and our products.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with our field sales team to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products, competitive offerings, and market trends to provide informed advice and guidance to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Customer Care and Field Sales teams to provide support and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Phone Sales Experience: Previous experience in phone sales, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Dental Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the dental industry and its products, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with experience working on systems such as Pronto and Salesforce a plus.
