Job Title: Intellectual Property Support Professional">

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our IP Solicitors, Patent Attorneys and Paralegals in a dynamic team environment.

  • Provide executive legal administrative support services to the team's IP solicitors, attorneys and paralegals.
  • Undertake patent, trade mark and legal support, including electronic matter management tools/resources.
  • Filling and administrative matter management, as well as provision of paralegal services as required.
  • Utilize Foundation IP to track patents and liaise with the Patents Office.
  • Oversight of billing and invoicing, corporate travel management, intranet updating and maintenance, and basic prosecution administration.
  • Preparation of reports, documents and statistics as required.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making capabilities.
  • Strong technical skills, including Office 365, IP software and portals.
  • Experience supporting patent professionals in pre-litigation dispute resolution and patent office procedures.
  • Highly developed communication skills at all levels.
  • Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
