Program Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Officer to join our team at Six Degrees Executive. As a Program Officer, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our loyalty projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the effective management and execution of loyalty projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processes and best practices are maintained, driving business growth and success.
- Monitor project resources and budgets, providing project leaders with required information to ensure projects are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget.
- Identify and communicate project risks, supporting the team to develop and deliver on mitigation actions.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project or Program Officer or Traffic Manager from within a consultancy environment (creative, agency, etc.).
- Proficiency in various PM tools and processes, including Productive Software, with a solid grasp of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to manage client interactions effectively and work autonomously.
- Self-motivated individual with exceptional prioritization, problem-solving abilities, capable of thriving under pressure while fostering collaborative teamwork and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
