About the Role

The Professional Development Coordinator is a key position in delivering scheduled programs effectively. You will collaborate with members and program facilitators to ensure a seamless experience for participants.

Working with the Program Delivery and Member Engagement teams, you'll support our organisational members and enhance professional development offerings within the public purpose sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with enquiries regarding public scheduled professional development programs
  • Assist with individual member general enquiries as required
  • Manage program registration and confirmation processes
  • Maintain all relevant LMS, CRM, booking, event management data
  • Monitor and provide standard reporting on progress and viability of individual program planning, participation
  • Follow up unpaid registrations, prior to public programs running
  • Work closely with the L&D Coordinator on resolving program challenges
  • Ensure post program activities are completed
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise business process documentation
  • Actively contribute to innovation and quality improvements
About You
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent discipline; or substantial equivalent experience
  • Certificate IV In Training and Assessment, desirable
  • Substantial experience in administration and coordination of end-to-end logistics for training events or equivalent
  • Experienced in working directly with customers in a professional context, preferred
  • Proven experience in maintaining a range of databases; preferably event management, learning management (LMS) and customer relationship (CRM) systems
  • Experience gained in a member-based organisation, desirable
  • Demonstrated understanding of the broader public purpose sector
  • Sound interpersonal and consultative skills including in working with external stakeholders
  • Software proficiency including sound skills in Excel
