Program Support Officer - APS4

Talent International is seeking an experienced Program Support Officer to join our team in Richmond or Geelong. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our clients, including data analysis, report writing, and staff lifecycle management.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of programs, including project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including staff data, financial information, and program performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve program goals and objectives, including contributing to issue resolution and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a government agency or community-focused organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Jira or Salesforce is highly desirable.
