Patient Administration Manager

The Patient Administration Manager is responsible for leading the administration, billing, and ward clerk team, ensuring efficient patient administration and finance processes are carried out in a timely manner, providing high levels of customer service and working in accordance with Hospital policy and the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the administration, billing, and ward clerk team to deliver efficient patient administration and finance processes.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and health funds requirements for all patient administration processes.
- Supervise patient administration teams with highly-developed customer service, strong teamwork ethics, and an outcomes focus.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments, doctors, and patients to deliver an efficient and controlled patient booking, admission, discharge, and billing process.
- Demonstrated experience in hospital booking, administration, and finance processes.
- Strong administrative skills and experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a high level of proficiency in hospital financial applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
