Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at uWorkin. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment and immigration of seasonal workers from the Pacific.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment activities to ensure alignment with business needs and timelines.
- Manage immigration documentation and processes to ensure compliance with Australian regulations and policies.
- Ensure all activities meet Department of Employment and Workplace Relations requirements.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to senior managers, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and files to support smooth operations.
- Strong ability to interpret and apply government regulations, policies, and guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing administrative systems and processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks.
- Experience providing comprehensive support to senior management.
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, detail-oriented approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum.
