Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team. As an expert in logistics and supply chain management, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and implement efficient procedures.

About the Role
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality services.
  • Manage a team of 18 direct reports, focusing on performance, development, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), fostering collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
  • Closely monitor daily activities, including container packing/unpacking, pre-loads, documentation, and stock control.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee that equipment, signage, and infrastructure meet safety and operational standards.

Successful candidates will possess strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and experience in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be able to drive workflow optimization, empower teams, and foster excellence.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations management.
  • Detailed understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of primary goods and/or dairy product logistics requirements.
  • Proven track record of people management and leadership, preferably leading large teams.
