About the Role

  • The successful candidate will have experience running a kitchen within an Aged Care Facility, ensuring they feel comfortable stepping in to manage all facets of Food Services.

  • The role requires you to prepare and cook meals, maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.

  • You will also supervise kitchen staff and ensure they follow food safety protocols and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including meal planning, preparation, and presentation.

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high standards of food quality and service.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and other relevant data.

  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions.
