International Order Coordination Specialist

Seeking an experienced professional to coordinate the efficient and timely processing of all job specific administration and order handling through the end to end service process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create service work orders and collaborate with scheduler to ensure timely processing and invoicing to customers.
  • Process parts requisitions, external supplier requests and raise purchase orders as per service order requirements.
  • Ensure three-way matching is conducted during the invoice stage of service.
  • Enter, update and review resource hours posted to a maintenance management system.
  • Participate in WIP meetings and update invoicing status on a weekly basis.
  • Support other team members to ensure smooth and effective operations.
  • Liaise with customers regarding invoicing enquiries.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, prior experience in customer service roles and relevant qualifications such as HSC or equivalent.
