This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as an Accounts Payable Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors using ERP software.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment queries or issues.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Continuously review and improve accounts payable processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. They will also be proficient in using ERP software and have experience working in accounts payable.
