The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of central Sydney's business and shopping districts, conveniently located near all public transport routes.
This role will leverage existing relationships with key suppliers to drive new opportunities for each sector to maximize revenue potential and build the hotel profile through social media and other channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively quote, contract and manage the end-to-end planning of events
- Identify new business opportunities for events
- Prospect and receive enquiries for events from direct and third-party sources
Required Skills:
- Experience in event management and sales
- Understanding of sales process
- Negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
