**About the Role:**

You will lead and oversee teams of servers, bartenders, and other staff at luxury venues and private homes across Sydney. Your duties will include ensuring smooth operations at private parties, canapé events, birthdays, and corporate functions by managing all aspects of the event. You will also provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality for all guests.
