Job Title: Risk Governance Consultant

Optus is seeking a highly skilled Risk Governance Consultant to join their team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing billing and credit risks from identification to resolution. They will work closely with the Billing and Credit Governance and Compliance Manager to evaluate risks, identify business ownership, and support remediation activities.

  • Identify and assess risks considering likelihood, sensitivity, impact scope, interim remediation work, and prioritization using the Optus risk matrix.
  • Collaborate with various business units to confirm acceptance and support remediation activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of B&C risks and attend regular change/risk meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and evaluating business risks

• Collaborating with stakeholders to implement risk management strategies

• Maintaining accurate records and reports

As a Risk Governance Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's risk management strategy.
