Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead quality, financial performance, and growth across multiple early childhood education centres.
This role involves driving high-quality care, financial sustainability, compliance, and expansion while leading six key areas: quality assurance, regulatory compliance, occupancy management, debt control, workforce development, and centre operations.
- Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety policies and promptly escalate/report serious incidents.
- Maintain oversight of multiple centres through regular visits, comprehensive performance analysis, and strategic planning across quality, compliance, occupancy, debt, rostering, and people development.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, control overdue debt, and approve payments/timesheets to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with quality advisors to meet/exceed national quality standards, uphold cleanliness and safety, and address critical service issues.
- Lead occupancy growth, workforce management, and employee development including recruitment, training, performance, and retention.
About the Role
- Proven experience as an area manager in early childhood education, with multi-site management essential.
- Diploma in business, children's services, or equivalent qualification.
- Sound understanding of the early years learning framework and national quality framework.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Valid working with children check, current driver's license, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
