Regional Operations Director Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established operational team, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. As Regional Operations Director, you will take ownership of our terminal operations, aligning them with our organisational vision and driving operational excellence.

You will be responsible for leading internal and external teams, managing risk and quality within a strong EH&S culture, and driving innovation and operational excellence across our port warehousing network.

The ideal candidate will have experience in complex operations in the fertiliser industry, with strong knowledge of engineering principles relevant to bulk handling and storage, project management experience, and understanding of legal and regulatory matters in operations.
