Management Accountant Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to lead the clean-up and reconciliation of the balance sheet, identifying and resolving discrepancies. The role involves collaborating with IT and operations to ensure that ERP modules are correctly configured.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have a CA/CPA qualification and experience with ERP migration/troubleshooting. They will also be able to influence stakeholders and partner with operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis and resolution of balance sheet discrepancies
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to configure ERP modules
  • Assist in the development of dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility across finance and operations
  • Prepare monthly management reports including P&L, variance analysis, and commentary
  • Conduct detailed inventory analysis including valuation, movements, and cost allocation
  • Partner with operations and supply chain to understand cost drivers and improve margin performance
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
  • Perform product costing and profitability analysis
